MEMBERSHIP  FEES 2025

New Members wishing to join the club can register online ANYTIME through the website and become a prospective member.

Membership will be available to buy from the 1st of December 2024 for 2025/26

NEW MEMBER OFFER – Join in December and get an additional 3 months membership from 1st December 2024 – 28th February 2026

Existing members will be able to RENEW their membership from the 1st of December 2024

Bay Malton Angling Club welcomes all anglers who wish to join the club.

There are three categories of membership.

• Adult Membership: 18+ years
• Intermediate Membership: 15 – 17 years
• Junior Membership: aged 14 and below (must be accompanied by an adult member of the club)

FEES

Adult 18+ £110.00 plus £15.00 Joining Fee £125.00

Intermediate Aged 15 – 17 years £25.00

Juniors 14 years and below – Free of Charge with Adult Membership

Adult 18+ Renewal £110.00

RENEWALS – 

Renewals are open for existing members from the 1st of December 2024 until 28th February 2025

Please note – Any member who has not renewed by this date will be deemed as leaving the club as per membership rules. 

Members who wish to renew after Friday 28th February 2025 can do so, but will be subject to a late payment fee of an additional £15.00 re-joining fee.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment can be made by the following methods:-

Online – Through Clubmate, either through the app if you are registered or through the club website under MEMBERSHIP. (Please note that existing members must use the email address that is currently held on our system. If you need to update OR add your email address please let the office know and we can update your details.

ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY FIRST CLASS POST

By Post – Please send a cheque to Bay Malton Angling Club c/o Border Fisheries, Waybutt Lane, Balterley CW2 5QA – cheques need to be made payable to ‘Bay Malton Angling Club’ and a suitable stamped addressed envelope included for the return of your membership book (Current postage is £1.65)

Office – payment by cash, card or cheque can be made in the office in person at Border Fisheries

HOW TO JOIN

Online – Adults & Intermediates

Online applicants from adults and intermediates can join through our online portal Clubmate. Please ensure that all the required fields in the personal profile are complete, with a clear head and shoulders photo uploaded before saving and continuing.

Once an account is open, an applicant can choose the appropriate NEW MEMBER PLAN by clicking on START NEW MEMBERSHIP.

Once a Clubmate account has been opened and verified, active members will be able to log into their account at any time from the CLUB WEBSITE HOME PAGE or the mobile CLUBMATE APP (Available to download on your smartphone).

From here you will be able to maintain personal details, view member information, book on activities and complete any renewals online.

Once membership has been approved, a membership card will be sent through the post, which should be signed and a passport sized photograph added.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

Children aged 14 and under are free of charge, however junior members must always be accompanied by an adult member when fishing club and affiliated waters.

Junior membership is NOT available online must be added to an adult members club card in the office by the membership secretary. Junior details must be recorded on our system for insurance purposes only.

PAYMENT

Online payments can be made safely and securely via STRIPE via the online portal by credit or debit card. We also accept cash and cheques

ROD LICENCE REMINDER

All members are reminded that they must be in possession of a current Environment Agency Rod Licence, when fishing club waters.
