Brookhouse Pool

Brookhouse Pool is an attractive large lake set out to thirty stages with plenty of room in between. Parking at this venue is right by the water making it ideal for those with a disability. In fact, there are three pegs reserved for the disabled right by the car park.

The water contains Mirror, Common and Crucian Carp, Golden Rudd, Tench, Chub, Bream, Barbel and Perch.

Rules

  • No Dog or Cat meat allowed.
  • Two rods can be used please respect other anglers.
  • Anglers under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Members only match.
  • Keep nets to be emptied every 5 hours.
  • Keep net ban from the 1st March to 16th June, unless during a match.
  • Fishing from stages only.
  • No tins allowed, all bait must be kept in bait boxes.
  • No braided line allowed.
  • Fishing from dawn till dusk.
  • No night fishing allowed.
  • Barbless hooks only.
  • Pegs are available to pleasure fish on match days, see notice board on the day.
  • Club match rules apply.
  • Parking in the car park only.
  • All Vehicles must display a club car sticker.
  • All litter to be taken home with you.
  • Anyone leaving litter will be dealt with as club rules.
